What the website collects
The website stores submitted applications and Talent Portal profile updates in the
private recruiting dashboard so Stream Line Studio can review applicants and follow up.
Applicants should not submit government ID, tax forms, payment details, explicit media,
or another person's private information through the public site or portal.
Information applicants may choose to send
- Legal name, creator name, email, phone number, and location.
- Creator/modeling links, experience level, travel availability, and preferred contact method.
- Face visibility preferences, support goals, niche interests, and launch needs.
- Notes about content interests, boundaries, privacy needs, or scheduling.
- Talent Portal account credentials and private profile updates.
- Optional private portfolio photos and their captions, category, content type, and face-visibility labels.
- Private opportunity invitations, model responses or questions, and internal booking-status notes.
Recruitment use
Applicant information should be used only to review fit, communicate about recruiting,
match applicants to relevant private opportunities, track invitation responses, request
text intros, verify eligibility, and prepare written production terms when appropriate.
Text scheduling consent
Applicants may choose to opt in to basic scheduling texts. The site stores the consent
wording shown, the time it was accepted, and the submitting IP address. Texting should
be used only for scheduling and basic follow-up, not for ID, tax forms, payment details,
or explicit media.
Security expectations
Stream Line Studio should use limited-access systems for private applicant communications.
Government ID, tax forms, banking details, and payment documents should never be placed in
the portfolio uploader. Photos should be shared only through the dedicated private uploader
after identity verification, never through ordinary email, text, or social DMs.
Talent Portal information
Portal profile information and optional portfolio photos should be used only for recruitment
review, casting, scheduling, boundary planning, and creator-support discussions. Passwords
are stored in hashed form. Portfolio files are stored in private object storage and delivered
through authenticated routes; they are not public publication consent. Applicants should
never enter ID numbers, financial details, sensitive documents, or another person's media.
Privacy controls before production
Applicants may request discussions around stage names, face visibility, public tagging,
social handles, faceless or masked content, cropped framing, confidentiality expectations,
and written usage limits. These preferences should be documented before any content is
produced or shared.
Public model photos
Real model photos, names, public handles, or portfolio materials should be displayed on
this site only after the creator gives written approval for that specific public use.
Applicants may ask to keep sample materials private during recruitment.
Retention
Unverified portal accounts are scheduled for removal after 14 days. Email event records
are scheduled for cleanup after 180 days, and rate-limit counters are scheduled for cleanup
after 2 days. If you opt in to scheduling texts, the portal stores the consent copy shown
to you, the acceptance timestamp, and the IP address used at the time of consent.
Account deletion
Talent Portal users can remove individual portfolio photos or delete their account from the
portal. Account deletion removes the user account, profile, private portfolio files and
metadata, opportunity invitations and responses, applicant review, paperwork tracker,
texting preferences, reset links, verification tokens, and associated email event records
from the recruiting system.
